Joshua graduated from The University of Western Ontario, where he studied Psychology and a variety of languages including Spanish, Japanese, and Hebrew, with prior studies in German and French.

Alongside his formal education Joshua has also studied eastern philosophies and ancient healing systems such as the Japanese system of Reiki and Chinese system of Qi Gong, various martial arts, Feng Shui, along with studies in more modern arenas of Therapeutic Touch, Brain Gym, The Silva Method, Sound Therapy, and Applied Nutrition.

"For as long as I can remember I have wondered what we humans could achieve beyond what we think is possible.

My passion for exploring enlightened teachings from ancient civilizations led me to research about the gurus of India, the Masters of China and the Shamans of South America. My drive comes from an inner belief and knowing that we are a part of something much larger than just our physical bodies and separate experiences.

Many magical events took place in my life, the first of which occurred in 1996 after I began writing down what I wanted in various areas of my life... such as romance, creating wealth, attracting my dream job at the time. All of the things that I had written began to occur without me doing much to create them. The insights that came to me about how all of those events were being magnetized to me have since formed the systems that I use with both my personal life coaching clients as well as with my entrepreneurial clients."

Joshua then began working with clients as a life coach and as an inspirational speaker.

"My first year in business was the most challenging of my life."
By the end of his first year, he had amassed over $55,000.00 of debt and after three months near the end of the year of not attracting a single new client nor any new seminar bookings, nearly declared bankruptcy. "I remember the day when I was at my lowest moment, after eating peanut butter and jam sandwiches for lunch and dinner for several days, I hit the moment that I feel many people do when they experience spontaneous transformation.

"At that point I took a good long look at the principles I was teaching to determine what I was not practicing. I realized what the main issue was, began putting the principles into practice and nearly instantly within the next 21 days, attracted 14 new clients and 11 seminar bookings. I was able to avoid bankruptcy and my life turned around from that point."

Since then, Joshua has created one of the most successful coaching practices in Canada. He has helped hundreds of entrepreneurs and small business owners to build their business and to attract greater success and has also worked with many individuals and executives helping them to create and live more fulfilling lives.

A client of Joshua's applied one of the techniques he teaches... "She put this one technique into practice every day over four months and as result increased her income from $2500.00 per month to $20,000.00 per month -- without doing any other marketing or promotion."

Joshua is also an accomplished motivational speaker. Described as an inspirational speaker with a dynamic and engaging presence, Joshua is a unique blend of empowerment and enlightenment and has given over 800 keynotes, seminars, teleclasses and workshops for thousands of people both nationally and internationally.

Why do you do what you do?

"Since I was 4, I have always had a 'calling' to help the world and affect positive change in it. The type of work that I do stimulates people spiritually, emotionally and mentally and I am driven by the great insights that come through me, as well as those that come through the people with whom I speak and work. I am fortunate to have many truly magical and wondrous experiences!"


What do you never leave the house without:

"Water - I am noted for carrying around water nearly everywhere I go."


What are you currently reading?

"Most of the reading that I do now is on the web... Currently, I am writing my own books now and am enjoying that process as I go. I also surf the internet and research for about 2-3 hours each day so that is often my reading time. I also occasionally read magazines on a variety of topics including archaeological research, new technologies, world travel and several others."


Scariest Moment?:

At the end of my first year of full-time business, when I had to appear in front an adjudicator because I was behind on my rent by two months. I was served papers and evicted without any idea where I would move to and not being able to borrow any more from credit or people I knew.


Top Accomplishments:

~Avoiding bankruptcy and developing a successful coaching practice for over 6 years.

"Working with me is about exploring life and discovering an inner mastery and clarity. Whether the goal is to share it through your job, work or business, or through your relationships that is no matter. Ultimately the discovery of who you are is what matters most and everything else is simply an extension of that. This is what I teach and share - the very same principles that have helped me and my clients to discover the qualities listed above.

It is said, there is a difference between knowing the path and walking the path. I do both and help others to do the same. Ultimately I only work with those who I am called to work with and who are open and inspired to work together.
